We help veterans get the benefits they earned. AI reads medical records, finds nexus evidence, drafts 38 CFR-aligned claims, and packages everything VA-ready in minutes instead of months.
Architecting the invisible backbone of the AI revolution. Automating scale, enforcing security, and deploying intelligence for You.com, Meta, and Robinhood.

Federal rule (45 CFR § 180) requires every U.S. hospital to publish a machine-readable file of standard charges and payer-negotiated rates. CMS doesn't aggregate them. Commercial aggregators paywall their data behind NDAs. Hospital Ledger is an open-source, public-good crawler that pulls 5,426 facilities and 7,191 MRF URLs into a single CC0 dataset — alive/dead status, file format, last-updated date, and the parsed prices behind them. CMS-complaint workflow planned for non-compliant hospitals.
Cloudflare Worker + Hono prototype showing the front door SF permit applicants and staff are asking for: AI matching from plain-language descriptions, intake workspace, dynamic per-permit checklists, public status routing across DBI / Planning / Fire / DPH, demo lab for uploads, fees, plan review, and inspections. Built from public sources — labels every place a city API or credential is still needed. PermitSF stays the official system of record; this is the broader catalog and reform tracker beside it.
One report form for every Bay Area city — pothole, graffiti, encampment, abandoned vehicle, dumping — routed automatically to the right 311 backend (Verint, SeeClickFix, Open311) for SF, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Emeryville, San Leandro, Walnut Creek, San Rafael, Vallejo, and more. No login, no app store, no city-by-city download. Built solo on Cloudflare Workers. Civic tech doesn't have to take 18 months and a grant — the APIs are public, the cities are public, the friction is the design.
Civic-tech demo: a centralized income-verification entry point for SF affordable housing. One Plaid payroll check, one 12-character reference, valid for 90 days. Landlords see only an AMI bracket — never the figure, employer, or bank credentials. Cloudflare Workers + Hono + D1, hashed-only storage, GDPR/CCPA endpoints, listings mirrored from SF's public DAHLIA feed. Not affiliated with MOHCD — just showing what's possible when the bottleneck shifts from supply to paperwork.
500 homes. 529 outages in 25 years. One outage every two weeks. We track every failure, publish the data, and hold SFPUC accountable.
$60/hour. No diagnostic fees. No hidden costs. Most fixes take 3 hours. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you who can.
